Naughty or Nice Hand Painted Vintage Christmas Sled

Sled's are a tough items to guess the shipping on, so I have decided to list most of them on my selling blog instead of Etsy.  There is a Santa sled that will be making it's arrival soon so check back for updates! ;)

This sled is entitled "Naughty or Nice?".  The design was created by tole artist Shirley Wilson.  The vintage sled stands approximately 41 1/2 inches tall.  The wooden seat of the sled is approximately 25 1/2 inches tall with the painting of the bear in the stocking measuring 16 inches tall.  The photo below represents the colors of the sled most accurately.   

Here is a close up of this little girl!  The reds in the background are photographing brighter than actual color, due to the flash.  See photo above. :)

The teddy bear and stocking are painted with a dry brush and pouncing technique on one side of the wooden seat, leaving the back side as exposed vintage wood.  The painted surfaces are sealed with two coats of matte sealer.  The chrome is left in its "as found" state with some of the shine gone (see pic), along with the red runners and original rope (How cool is that?).

This sled would look great with some pine bough limbs, but I will leave that up to the new owner! ;)

Assortment of Vintage Scales

Here are some vintage scales up for purchase.  Originally, I had bought these scales to do some tole painting on.  I have so many projects in the works that I have decided to sell them instead.  They would be great in a prim setting "as found" or repainted.  They will be for sale in a local shop, so if you have any questions, it might take me a day or two in getting a response out.  Price for scales are $6.25 each + shipping.

Aluminum Salt and Pepper Shakers for Sale

Vintage Aluminum Coffee Pots for Sale

I am downsizing my coffee pot collection.  These pots pictured are all complete and have been used.  If you need to know more about size, condition, or would like to see a better pic of one, just send your email addy, and I will get a photo or answer any questions.  These are all pretty light and are made of aluminum with exception of the blue newer model enamelware in the bottom  pic.  Sale price will be $5.50 a pot + shipping.  Will gladly combine them into a large box, if you would like more than one.  :)

CO OP Feedsacks

Available is 6 CO OP Feedsacks that contained poultry concentrate at one time.  Dimensions of the sacks are 19 x 36 inches (100 pound sacks).  They have some fading, minimal light staining, and may have a few nicks or a small cut to the fabric.  These wouuld be perfect to use as a backdrop to a display, hang on the wall, or for a primitive creation.  They are of a thin rougher cotton and free of mildew smells.   I have not laundered them, and will leave that up to the new owners.  Price is $5.50 each + shipping.  :)

Precious Moments Quilt, Seat Cover, and Bibs

How about a collection of Precious Moment's stamped cross stitch items? ;) 

Below is a Precious Keepsakes Quilt from Precious Moments released 1993 .  Finished size is 34 x 43".   As you can see, someone started the head of the little angel girl.  I purchased this opened and started.  There are instructions, the cover sheet, and quilt.  There is NO floss included.  There is a color key in the instructions for the colors that were used.   I am selling this quilt for $10.00 + Shipping.

Below is a set of two Precious Moments Bibs.  These have been started by the previous owner, who has done a wonderful job with the little stitches.  Although it is hard to see in the bag, this set DOES come with floss, instructions, chart, and cover art.  Selling price is $5.00 + Shipping.

Last item is a Precious Moment seat cover.  Dimensions are 18" X 28"  prequilted and bound.  All necessary materials including floss, appliques, instructions, transfer paper for name placement, and cover art are included.  I did a close up of the work that was completed by the previous owner.  Selling price is $5.00 + Shipping.
